E has been taking a couple steps between us since his first birthday, but the other night he finally decided to walk across the room. He's cautious and looks like a little drunk man, but at last he's walking. He still chooses to crawl most of the time, but he's getting braver and taking tiny steps from the chair to the couch or across the kitchen. Here's a video of some of his first steps:

I love this video, how Kabe holds him up and E looks up at Kabe. Then how Eli looks down at his feet when he walks and the laugh at the end. And mom encouraging him. I watch it many times and it always brings a smile to my face
